General Conditions of Sale of the Site

1. Purpose

These general conditions of sale govern all transactions concluded on the site lafabriqueducastor.fr, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and its customers, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those appearing on the site lafabriqueducastor.fr. They are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, in the event of errors or omissions in the description, the Seller cannot be held liable.

3. Orders

The Customer places an order on the site by following the online ordering process. The order will only be considered final after validation of the payment by the Customer and receipt of the order confirmation by email.

4. Price and Payment

The prices of the products are indicated on the site in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. Payment is made online by credit card or any other means of payment accepted by the Seller.

5. Delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery times are indicated on the site and may vary depending on the place of delivery and the availability of the products.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal and request a refund.
The return can only be made on a product that has not been installed and still in its original packaging.

7. Warranty

The products sold on the site benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects.

8. Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused by the use of the products sold on the site.

9. Protection of personal data

Personal data collected during the order are processed in compliance with current legislation and are only used in the context of the commercial relationship between the Seller and the Customer.

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the place of residence of the defendant or, failing that, of the place of actual delivery of the product.
